- Assist in the design and implementation of new HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems, and review existing processes and make suggestions for improvement.
- Support and provide guidance to employees and people managers on all employment matters
- Manage the recruitment process and support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist with employee performance management
- 10+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experience working within financial services or superannuation
- Relevant degree or tertiary education
- Strong understanding of HR legislations
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
