Senior People & Culture Advisor

Excellent opportunity for an experienced P&C professional to join an established financial services business in a contract role.

The Role:

• Assist in the design and implementation of new HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems, and review existing processes and make suggestions for improvement.
• Support and provide guidance to employees and people managers on all employment matters
• Manage the recruitment process and support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Assist with employee performance management

About You:

• 10+ years experience in Human Resources
• Experience working within financial services or superannuation
• Relevant degree or tertiary education
• Strong understanding of HR legislations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
