We're seeking an experienced and talented Personal Assistant to join our fast-growing office in Newcastle. Your Opportunity As a key member of the Enterprise division, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative support to several Partners, including the Lead Partner of the Newcastle and Hunter region. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-level executive support to multiple Partners
  • Proactively managing workflow, including diary and inbox management
  • Organizing internal and client meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring a positive KPMG experience
  • Managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and their PA's
  • Organizing, managing, and executing internal and external events
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and contacting target clients on behalf of Partners
  • Collaborating with our National Onboarding and Enterprise division on employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensuring systems are up to date and managing IT coordination and assistance

  • Experience in office management and high-level executive support is highly desired
