- Providing high-level executive support to multiple Partners
- Proactively managing workflow, including diary and inbox management
- Organizing internal and client meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring a positive KPMG experience
- Managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and their PA's
- Organizing, managing, and executing internal and external events
- Assisting with business development initiatives and contacting target clients on behalf of Partners
- Collaborating with our National Onboarding and Enterprise division on employee onboarding and offboarding
- Ensuring systems are up to date and managing IT coordination and assistance
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who thrives in a diverse and multidisciplinary environment
- The ability to quickly build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant experience supporting high-performing teams and senior leaders
- Strong organizational and administrative skills in a professional or corporate services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes
- Experience in office management and high-level executive support is highly desired
