About the business/role

Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: asset management, wealth management and corporate trust. As one global division, our multi-boutique business now comprises seven brands and boutiques with diversified investment capabilities across equities, cash and fixed interest, multi-asset and dedicated ESG investing and, with a strong presence in key markets.

About the role

  • Preparation of presentations and other documents including Board Papers and Management Reports
  • Organising and effectively managing diary appointments, scheduling meetings (locally and across regions), and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Relationship management with varied internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordination of global business support resources to ensure Distribution leadership team runs effectively
  • Expenses - invoicing and credit card reconciliation
  • Co-ordination of Divisional communications, team events, training/development and conferences

About you

  • Minimum 5 years in an equivalent role
  • Experience within an Asset Management environment highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience working independently, proactively and displaying initiative
  • Experience working in a highly confidential environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with a degree of flexibility and ability to cope with change
  • Demonstrated time management, organisational and interpersonal skills
