YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Partner and GM,in this key leadership role, you will love:
- the freedom+ satisfaction of running your own flourishing common law Personal Injury practice obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims (approx 90-95%%) eg CTP, medical negligence, public/occupiers liability, work injury damages, intentional torts AND occasionally some workers compensation (approx 5-10%);
- mentoring/leading a small team.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a Personal Injury SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 5 years (or more) Personal Injury law experience in at least 2 or more of: 1) CTP; 2) work injury damages, 3) public /occupiers liability; 4) TPD; 5) medical negligence; 6) intentional torts AND also NSWworkers compensation (preferable not essential);
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environmentmanaging your own Personal Injury cases from start to finish;
- are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do;
- have outstanding communication, time management+ leadership skills;
