Join Our Team as a Physiotherapist 

Are you ready to lead and inspire? We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior Physiotherapist to spearhead our allied health team. As a pivotal member of our organisation, you'll deliver evidence-based treatments and champion a multi-disciplinary approach to care, empowering clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities: 

Conduct comprehensive consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, and personalised treatment planning 

Maintain a high level of commitment to a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment  

Mentor and nurture practitioner skillsets through our esteemed mentorship program, guided by university lecturers 

Develop and execute tailored treatment plans, addressing each client's unique needs and objectives 

Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities 

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals internally and externally, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless and integrated care 

Building relationships with third parties to help improve the reputation of Atkins Health 

Stay current with best practices and new developments in physiotherapy, through ongoing professional development and training 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy 
• Current registration with AHPRA 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours
