Join us as we continue to make significant strides in the industry.Experience the benefits of joining us at Sedgman Onyx:Flexible arrangements for optimal work-life balanceOpportunities within a growing company with solid foundations and a robust pipeline of projectsIntegration into a dynamic company within the expansive CIMIC group's worldwide networkA focus on your professional development and opportunities to grow your career within Sedgman OnyxWork as part of an experienced and supportive team on a diverse range of projects and clientsA continuous succession of small and large Australian projects across the project lifecycleInvolvement in exciting projects across both brownfields and greenfields, witnessing your designs become realityAccess to the latest engineering and design technologies including working in a primarily 3D environment ensuring accurate and dynamic representation of designsA collaborative focus on continuous improvement and innovation in our safety cultureA friendly and social work environment with a Perth CBD location.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide stakeholders (management, project engineers/managers, clients) with clear, timely and accurate schedule information, and support the following project controls activities.Development of WBS and costing.Schedule development with project management team.Schedule update and progress reporting.Resource Planning & Leveling.Schedule baseline and S-Curves.Variations and EOT claims.Schedule Risk Analysis.Change control.Progress claims.Ensure project controls processes are being adhered to throughout the project/s, including adhering to the company wide p6 WBS structures and standardised schedule templates.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Project Controls / Project Management team.What are we looking for?Must be an advanced user in p6 with ability to create and maintain Project Schedules in p6.Must be an advanced Microsoft Excel user with ability to accurately interpret, transform and compare datasets.Must be keen to learn and work within Sedgman Onyx's in-house project controls MS Access tools.Must have a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability work within a team.5+ years' experience in a Planning/Project Controls RoleFamiliarity with BHP and Rio Tinto processes and procedures is desirable.If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in, please submit your CV by clicking “apply” now.
