Senior Planner

Infrastructure People are partnering with a leading management consulting firm that specialises in Integrated Project Delivery, Digital Advisory Services and Contract & Assurance Services.

Due to an extensive pipeline of works, they are currently seeking a Senior Planner with a background working on either Rail or Road projects to join the business and consult into major Tier One Contractors.

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager on the project, you may be responsible for:

• Reviewing construction drawings and specifications to support management in determining the sequencing required to complete the project scope
• Relating the above information into a chronological list of activities
• Working closely with the estimating team to produce tender programs for submission
• Developing and maintaining project schedules in ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6 for tender proposals
• Enhancing schedules prepared during the tender phase for awarded projects
• Assisting project teams with the relevant personnel training and development as well as forensic program analysis

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Relevant engineering tertiary qualifications
• At least 5 years experience working on TfNSW OR Rail/Metro infrastructure projects
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or other project planning software
• Producing time impact analysis programs for delay claims
• Experience in creating time chainage programs with TILOS or Apex preferred.
