Form of work We are looking for the next Senior Pool Operator for the Gulgong Pool... The Role: Undertake and oversee Lifeguard duties to ensure safe and effective use of the pool and grounds at all times To oversee the daily operations of the pool - supervising staff allocated shifts, reception, water quality, facility maintenance and safety functions (including fire warden and incident management) Assist the Pool Operations Coordinator in reviewing and improving service delivery of Councils swimming pool services Maintain a high level of customer service, complete workplace administration functions and ensure accurate recording and reporting of all accidents, incidents and customer complaints and to ensure accurate receipting of monies, received is completed Facilitate the safe use of pool space for various user groups Provide emergency intervention and preventative actions, rescues and initiate other emergency initiatives as required and in accordance with Council procedures and industry standards Ensure facilities are appropriately secured at all times and any…
