The Role
Reporting to the Advice Practice Operations Manager and working with our Bridges Financial Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical advice support services. You will be known for and take pride in your service excellence, relationship management, problem solving ability, communication skills and ability to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for day-to-day client queries regarding product/strategy review requirements
- Manage the preparation of advice documentation for clients through Paraplanning requests including supporting the paraplanning process
- Work closely with Planners, clients and other support staff to prompt and help guide meaningful and informed decisions and tailored solutions for our clients
- Undertaking product and strategy analysis through research and financial modelling
- Preparing records of advice
- Support the implementation of advice for new clients
- Support review client implementation; re-weighting, switching, withdrawals and contributions within guidelines of the ROA
- Contribute to Advice process optimisation using consistent processes and the application of solutions to rapidly deliver cost-effective Advice support and deliver on our promise of faster, more efficient Advice
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Financial Planning industry qualifications. (e.g. ADFP) and/or RG-146
- Recent financial planning administration experience, ideally supporting Financial Planners in a Practice environment
- A good understanding of Advice Industry regulations and legislation, products and strategies
- A goal to progress your career in a financial planning/wealth management sector with a desire for learning
