This opportunity
The Senior Pricing Analyst for the Enterprise, Government & Wholesale (EGW) team at TPG Telecom is responsible for managing the end-to-end pricing strategy of all products and services offered within the EGW suite.
This role will oversee the review of the company's price books on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for changes based on the research and analysis of sales data, competitive intelligence, and financial information, while working closely with our sales, product, pricing, finance, and commercial teams to ensure that pricing recommendations are aligned to our goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the end-to-end process of reviewing, maintaining, and updating price books.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement pricing optimisation opportunities.
- Perform rigorous analyses and modelling including historical sales, market, commercial performance, scenario, and financial impact analysis to ensure that the company's pricing is competitive & profitable and recommend changes where necessary.
- Develop standardised volume and/or spend-based discounting price models for relevant products.
- Identify risks and challenges and provide recommendations to mitigate and solve them.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that pricing strategies are financially viable and aligned with the company's budget.
- Present the findings and recommendations of price book reviews to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner that highlights the key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all approved changes to prices and price books are communicated to all stakeholders and executed in a timely and professional manner.
- Be responsible for taking reasonable care of your own safety and wellbeing
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, data-driven and a creative-thinker.
- Knowledge and experience in pricing methodologies and pricing optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience within the Telecommunications industry is preferred.
