Cartledge Mining & Geotechnics (cmandg.com.au) provides geotechnical advice and solutions to mining companies in over 25 countries around the world. You will join one of the most professional and experienced teams that offer multi-disciplinary and focused advice to multinational mining enterprises, large civil developments, complex commercial operations, and cutting-edge R&D projects.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior or Principal Tailings Engineer Consultant who offers high technical expertise, project/team management, and confidence to manage client interactions for our Perth / Brisbane offices. Technical expertise requirements include proven experience/knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering, EoR, SOQs, technical reviews, analysis & presentations.
The type of engineer we are looking for will possess relevant qualifications in civil engineering with postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical/environmental engineering with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience. Also, it would be highly advantageous to have experience in mine waste engineering as well as a broad range of experience in planning, feasibility, design, construction, and management of tailings storage facilities.
