But just as important will be your alignment with the attributes that we know underpin high performers in this role. We want to set you up for success, not failure, so if the following resonates with you, then we may have the career and role you have been searching for:
- You truly love analysing technical data. You like to know how things work
- You jump at the chance to help others be successful. You are empathetic and understand that great leaders have a true focus on mentoring their direct reports to be the best they can be
- You can process information quickly and know how to present information so that all stakeholders have a full understanding
- You are patient & methodical. Attention to detail comes naturally to you
- You are always keen to take responsibility but also possess the confidence to allow others to take the lead if doing so will achieve the desired outcomes
- You are an active listener, not an active talker
- While you enjoy support and guidance, you do not like being micro-managed
- When presented with something new, your default is to question and look for potential negatives
- You are generally a timely decisionmaker, principally using intuition & facts
- You will generally accommodate the requests of others but will dig the heals in when you passionately believe in a different course of action
If the above resonates with you (even if you are currently happy where you are), we may have the opportunity and career you have been looking for. To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume by the 15th of February 2024.
