ProjectOur Vic Gov client is looking for a Senior Process Analyst for The Service Transformation Program (STP) which was formed to develop a single Case Management System (CMS) for the tracking and management of all the cases including document storage and workflow capability.

Your new roleThe role of the Senior Process Analyst is to develop process maps that provide the required level of information for the product and development teams to use for the build of end-to-end digital workflows and improve Business Process Management maturity across the business.

Accountabilities

• Play a leading role in the development and delivery of end-to-end business process deliverables aligned to requirements and standardisation objectives.
• Analyse and map business processes and workflows applying best practice methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate to process enhancements that are aligned to functional requirements.
• Create visual representations of processes that are understandable and accessible to a variety of audiences, including business users and technical teams.
• Collaborate with technical program leads, including Solution Architect, Product Owner, UX Designer, Developers and subject matter experts on the development of the new process designs.
• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation through strong and effective communications, managing expectations, to ensure the achievement of outcomes and benefits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proactive nature with the ability to lead with initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
• Project management skills and experience would be advantageous.
• Produce maps and deliverables for the business stakeholders as well as the tech leads.
