As we continue to increase our market share, we are realigning our product divisions to ensure we deliver the right outcomes to customers, either through innovation in our leading product divisions or through New Product Launches in our emerging divisions. As such, we are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join the team.
Senior Product Manager - Drapes and Gowns
The second largest portfolio with mature products, this portfolio will focus on the product lifecycle management and ensuring the strategy evolves to remain competitive. You will need to build strong relationships with the global manufacturing teams to deliver new and innovative techniques/materials to ensure we continue to drive sustainability, efficiency and innovation where we can. Building relationships with customers and end-users, and other key partners is necessary for the development and growth of this portfolio. This person will also be involved in mentoring more junior team members and an active contributor to projects and continuous improvement.
Local and interstate travel will be an expectation of both roles and so is a valid driver's license is required. Office days are Tuesday and Thursday.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in healthcare, medical device or Pharmaceutical
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting clinical/technical information to groups
- Skilled in creating and executing a strategic business plan
