Key Responsibilities:
- Updating, creating, and improving training manuals, internal work instructions/operating procedures, and workflows, including Frequently Asked Questions and Factsheets, working in the financial operations environment
- Working closely with the entity’s Instructional Material Administrator and Design team to comply with the entity’s branding and writing styles.
- Develop and publish material for web-based publications (on external and internal sites).
- Work collaboratively with the entity’s business areas and executives to understand their writing and documentation requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Apply judgment, knowledge, and discretion when interpreting and applying instructions, guidelines, and procedures.
- Contribute new ideas, including the identification of opportunities to improve business processes.
- Results-driven, highly collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail, highly organised and creative, and be able to organise priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of APS organisational structures, methods, systems, and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial operations (Travel, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, grants) is desirable.
- Knowledge of finance systems (SAP, Technology One) is desirable.
