About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will be a lead contributor to managing Apromore’s product lifecycle. As an essential supervisor and mentor of the product management team, you will drive the implementation of Apromore’s vision to create an innovative product.
Your day will consist of:
- Analysing, developing, and executing product strategies, taking into consideration customer needs, competition, and market trends.
- Contributing to the product roadmap by evaluating and prioritising new features, enhancements of existing capabilities, and business-as-usual issues.
- Collaborating with various departments including UI/UX designers, delivery managers, engineering managers, QA, and other Product Managers to ensure seamless design and development of new product capabilities and features.
- Meeting with the team to stay up to date with the design of product features and ensuring a clear understanding of these features by all relevant stakeholders.
- Reviewing and refining current product activities by performing analyses.
- Supervising and mentoring the product management team, including offering guidance and assistance in their roles.
About you
You are a Senior Product Manager who has the following experiences and skills:
- 5+ years in product management, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in collaborating with agile software development teams.
- Strong technical business analyst skills.
- Desirable: Experience working with products in the area of data science, AI, or business process automation or optimisation
