Within RBS, Everyday Products is focussed on building innovative and value creating everyday products for all Australians. It is our role to drive sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products by delivering exceptional experiences for customers.

Reporting to the Everyday Products Chapter Lead, this Senior Manager will play a key role in the Everyday Products squad. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of CommBank's everyday transaction account products. This includes maintaining, simplifying and enhancing our products, and also ensuring we continue to meet compliance obligations. As a member of the squad, you will support the Product Owner in developing & executing major initiatives to deliver against our business priorities. You will deliver exceptional customer and channel experiences, whilst also being responsible for ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met.
More specifically, you will:
- Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving both Net Promotor Score (NPS) outcomes and sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products
- Be responsible for continued monitoring and proactive improvements of the product risk and control environment
- Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, supported by a deep understanding of origination and in-life experiences across the value chain
- Lead and execute change in partnership with delivery teams and a wide range of stakeholders, to continuously improve our product offerings and processes
- Understand the voice of the customer, be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes
We want to hear from people who have:
- Previous product management experience is essential for this senior role, preferably within financial services
- Strong commercial acumen and strategy development skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder and influencing skills
- Proven problem solving skills coupled with confidence in making data-driven decisions
- Advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives
- Previous risk management experience, managing issues and incidents, highly regarded
