Your New Role
In your new role of Senior Product Manager, Insurance you will be responsible for developing the insurance product offer and have responsibility for insurance product strategy and management including disclosure, product regulatory compliance & product operational support.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support development and implementation of a compelling and relevant insurance product strategy aligned to member and employer needs.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Extensive knowledge and evidence of application of contemporary insurance product development practices and strategies such as human centred design or design led methods.
In depth knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation, insurance, and retirement products, legislation, and administration.
Senior Product management experience leading the research, development and implementation of insurance products and services within superannuation or financial services industry.
Strong capability in reviewing insurance policy terms including interpreting in the context of the underwriting and claims process.
Strong experience in delivery and execution - ability to “roll sleeves up”, take ownership and get things done.
