In joining this Tribe, you will be working a group of highly engaged, diverse and interesting people.As a Senior Product Manager within the Payments squad, you work to ensure that ANZ continues to offer our customers compelling payment propositions (including Debit Cards) by uplifting our existing capabilities and developing new payment experiences with our strategic business partners. Some of the remits include:End-to-end ownership of payments, this includes developing and delivering payments strategy, managing and supporting development of payments capabilities, and being the SME in PaymentsEnd-to-end product ownership of Debit Cards, Cheques and Deposit Books, including event and issue management, owning process and customer collaterals, owning process improvement opportunities for frontline, owning relationship with our card production suppliersSupporting Scheme Mandates and across-the-bank projects in the Payments space as a product SMEDesigning and developing customer propositions in the Payment space to enable a better customer experienceYou will bring well-developed skills such as product and risk management, business analysis, change management and commercial acumen. The role encompasses both BAU product management as well as delivery of strategic projects, so you will need to bring your diverse skill set. You will use these skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, as well as other subject matter experts across the business and members of your team.Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Role Type: Permanent, Full-timeWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Existing functional experience or expertise in financial services product management and/or product related change and implementation.Strong interest in and affinity for Payments and card products.An understanding of risk management.An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do.Strong relationship building skills and be able to work in cross functional teams to embed quality outcomes.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
