As a member of a small team of service specialists, to the ongoing development of effective service frameworks, processes, and artefacts used by the ITB to deliver on its mission to guide and provide innovative, reliable and secure ICT solutions in partnership with our customers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Function as a trusted advisor to customers in relation to ITB's products and services by understanding customer organisational drivers and desired outcomes.
- Establish and Maintain collaborative networks with business and other stakeholders.
- Respond to changes in customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain a professional customer focus.
- Facilitate workshops to clarify and negotiate business outcomes.
- Interpret business needs and translate those into functional and non-functional requirements and software specifications where necessary.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to identify needs and business solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with business and ICT technical staff on the requirements that inform ICT service design.
- Develop and Maintain Service Plans, and other key service management artefacts, that underpin the delivery of ICT services to customers within a large, diverse and geographically wide-spread organisation.
