About the Role:
As the Senior Project Coordinator, Priority Programs Project, you will work towards:
* Supporting the management and coordination of all aspects of project and program delivery including financial and human resources, initial planning, construction and commissioning of multiple complex projects within a legislative and contractual framework.
* Managing critical project information such as milestones and expenditure to ensure project data is up to date at all times within departmental systems - including SAP.
* Managing and reporting against key sub programs and significant projects within the department's investment program.
* Developing, maintaining and monitoring critical relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers for the purpose of achieving and sustaining a high level of client satisfaction.
* The Senior Project Coordinator, Priority Programs reports to the Infrastructure Manager. Travel, including overnight travel, will be required from time to time.
About You:

* Critical thinker who makes considered decisions and engages collaboratively, professionally with stakeholders that have led to positive project delivery outcomes
* Demonstrates a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
* Experience in the infrastructure industry is desirable.
* Travel is a requirement of this role, our ideal candidate will hold and open licence.
