Job Title Senior Project Manager-1
Job Description Summary As a market facing leader in the PDS service line for the region, the Senior Project Manager will maintain critical client relationships and represent the Cushman & Wakefield brand in the industry. This is an opportunity to establish and manage high value projects while delivering high quality that is aligned with the Cushman & Wakefield PM Framework.
Owing to growth of our Melbourne PDS business, the team is now seeking to appoint an experienced client-side PM to join the PDS team, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project on behalf of our valued client.
Please note, Australian Citizenship is a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Description
You will also be responsible for:
- Provide excellence in project management services and manage the delivery of projects
- Ensuring the timely and accurate financial management of the project
- Represent the values of Cushman & Wakefield to our internal and external customers
- Attend relevant local networking engagements and represent the service line
- Understand and articulate the offerings of the service line.
- Actively seek new business opportunities
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Maintain local marketing material by assisting in the preparation and presentation of tender submissions as well as the preparation and presentation of client presentations.
- Extensive experience working in a client facing Project Manager role
- Prior exposure to managing base building upgrades (advantageous)
- Achieved or working towards industry recognised professional qualification, such as RICS, COIB, AIPM, PMP or similar.
- Procore experience is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
- An understanding of the local market
- A sound understanding of the construction and fit out /refurbishment sectors;
- Established professional network within industry.
