· Long term contract opportunity · Utilities knowledge advantageous · SAP S/4HANA The purpose of the ERP Program Manager, is to work closely with the System Implementation (SI) Partner to plan, manage and control multiple streams of work across Finance, SCM, HCM, EAM, ISU and Technology with respect to the implementation of the SAP solutions to drive business change and improvement, ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the benefits defined in the business case. Key Skills & Responsibilities Project Management qualification (e.g. SAP Activate, PMBOK, Prince2). At least 5 years as an IT Project Manager with demonstrated success delivering SAP solutions (On premise / Hybrid / Cloud), including SAP S/4HANA, in complex integrated environments. Oversee, orchestrate and direct the activities of the underlying functional streams for Finance, SCM, HCM, EAM, ISU and IT. Experience managing project teams across complex organisations using both internal and external resources. Demonstrated experience of successful delivery of large-scale enterprise level technology projects. Demonstrated experience undertaking feasibility studies and options analysis to recommend IT solutions. Demonstrated experience developing comprehensive business cases including financial modelling and benefits. Extensive experience managing service providers / vendors and running commercial processes. Experience facilitating change management across stakeholder groups impacted by the project change. Results driven with the ability to self-manage and meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment. Proven collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of behavioural and personality types. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down. Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance. Demonstrated ability to build effective project teams and able to lead by example in behaviour and values. Experience in gas industry or energy utility highly regarded. Experience of managing a selective data transition to S/4HANA project. Experience of managing a data migration to SAP project. Experience working in a regulated environment.
