Utilise the highly experienced in-house architects and design team. As Senior Project Manager you will lead the delivery phase of projects.
The position leads in to a Head of Projects for Queensland state.
Responsibilities:
- Excel in financial management & maximize project profit.
- Ensure compliance with quality, WHS, & environmental standards.
- Lead & develop teams, delivering projects on time & within budget.
- Negotiate with contractors, seek new opportunities, & assist design for cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively & manage client meetings.
- Build strong client relationships & drive growth.
- Comprehensive construction experience – medical / health / imaging projects advantageous but not absolutely essential. New build or fit out.
- Technical competency & construction management software proficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, & leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
