This role is a salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787 - $161,663 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We are in search of a dynamic project management professional to take the helm in managing the development, delivery, and implementation of a diverse portfolio of business transformation projects. These initiatives are the cornerstone of our Asset Management Strategy, and your leadership will be instrumental in reaching our strategic goals.

As the Senior Project Manager and Analyst, you will lead and coordinate a variety of exciting projects. Your role isn't just about hitting milestones and delivering on promises; it's about nurturing relationships, conquering challenges and seizing opportunities. Your expertise will be vital in harmonising the complex web of project interdependencies, ensuring that every component aligns seamlessly. Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

• Lead the development and delivery of a portfolio of initiatives (the projects) identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required Asset Management Strategy outcomes.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of project management, development and implementation across a portfolio of complex projects, including project plans, managing governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with agreed project management methodology.
• Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects, including risk management, benefits realisation, and project impact and quality measures, to identify and address issues and assess project progress and overall effectiveness.
• Undertake research and analysis on a wide range of agency and whole-of-government process needs as relevant to the Asset Management Strategy initiatives.
