AddressConsultANZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an upcoming large piling project in Melbourne. You will need to be a confident communicator capable of developing and leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding outcomes. About You:
- Previous experience in piling such as Rotary Bored, CFA, Driven, Diaphram wall, and Secant Wall.
- Able to handle the complex demands of a major project, with clear communication, delegation and overarching management of the full team of engineers, supervisors, labour, and subcontractors.
- Be able to work as part of a team and drive the project.
- Possess strong time management skills.
- A solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress in your career.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in various Piling methodologies, working for main and subcontractor specialists.
- Civil Engineering degree qualification and proven experience in the management of multi-million dollar contracts.
- Deep understanding of various piling techniques such as CFA, driven piles, bored piles, secant piles, and diaphragm walls.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale piling projects from inception to completion.
- Able to develop close relationships with clients and stakeholders, and maintain communications throughout the internal company systems.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a safety-first culture.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- $250-320k salary package, negotiable depending on experience.
