Join a small private project management firm based in the Melbourne CBD where you won't feel like a number. They have proper resourcing, and they prioritise their team's health and wellbeing.
They are a motivated and dynamic team with a flat structure and on a growth trajectory. You will be surrounded by collaborative, like-minded high performers who like to deliver exemplary projects with good people and project teams.
The Director you will work closely with is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering projects and mentoring/supporting his wider team to deliver exceptional results. He is very people-focused and genuinely cares about his people's success.
The wider management and leadership team will provide you with support, professional development, and diverse, complex projects to deliver across health, education and retail projects.
What will you be doing...This is an autonomous workplace, so you will rely on your current Project Management skills to work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver your projects. Regional travel is within this role, so you must have an Australian driver's license.
Their longstanding clients will expect you to be diligent and have solid follow-ups, keeping them and the wider project team moving.
