About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead critical projects, collaborating closely with clients to achieve deliverables. Reporting directly to our Directors, you'll play a key role in:

• Managing projects for our development partners.
• Overseeing projects in Melbourne and Sydney, ranging in values from $50 million to over $300 million.
• Overseeing projects through all life cycle phases, including planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Engaging in business development activities.
• Enjoying flexible working arrangements that empower employees to work from where they are most effective.

Technical Capabilities and Experience:

We're seeking candidates with:

• Proven expertise in project management of construction-related projects, emphasizing multiple stakeholders and risk management.
• Commercial or contract management experience in the Design & Construct delivery model.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within scheduled timeframes and budgets.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and computer literacy skills.
• The ability to effectively summarize and present complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• A track record of directing and influencing multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.

About You:

• Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of experience with a contractor or client-side consultancy.
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project/Construction Management is essential.
• Previous experience working through all life cycle phases associated with design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering complex Industrial Engineering or Construction projects for institutional investors or portfolio corporate clients is highly desirable.
• Resilience and strength of character to influence, negotiate, and deliver outcomes aligned with Mane Projects and our client’s core values.
