Senior Project Manager – Saas & Ai

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, collaborating closely with both our CEO and CTO to bring ambitious projects to life.

CentricMinds is an Australian owned and managed enterprise software company. Our enterprise SaaS product, centricminds.com provides a Content & Document Management product. More recently New Dialogue, newdialogue.com is a newly released AI product that enables organizations to generate content and reporting based on their knowledge. 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, responsible for orchestrating and executing strategic initiatives that drive our company forward. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO and CTO, serving as a linchpin between visionary product ideation and delivered results, overseeing project team leads, project pipeline development, reporting and other project management tasks across customer engagement, prospecting, sales, implementation and product support. 

CentricMinds is a fully remote working organisation – we were doing it before COVID made it a way of life. This role is a 100% work from home arrangement. Our team members are far and wide, and you’ll have daily calls with other team members based in Tasmania, South Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to develop and refine project objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage customer engagement (management of projects), scheduling and management of meetings between leadership team, customers and third parties  
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and timely delivery of key milestones.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to project stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Serve as a conduit for information flow between executive leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance project execution efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and ocassional presentations to customers and executive leadership highlighting key achievements, challenges, and project delivery items.

Experience

• 5+ years digital Project Management experience
• Experience in documenting and working with team members to develop project proposals, implementation specifications, scope management and refactoring and customer reporting.
• Experience with project scoping, project planning, reporting and budget management 
• Experience in working with medium & enterprises as well as State Government agencies in the planning and implementation of software (experience with management the implementation & configuration of enterprise SaaS software desired)
• Experience in managing customer engagement, reporting and alignment, and ensuring both parties are meeting their obligations to ensure successful project outcomes are met 
• Experience in distilling end user requirements, consolidating team review and feedback, and formalising these outcomes into project scope proposals, bids and tender items
• Experience in managing multiple schedules and tasks (you’ll be working with the CEO and CTO’s calendar to schedule and manage meetings with customers, vendors and independent contractors, as well as general team meetings) 
• Experience in working and negotiating with team members, customers and end users to ensure expectations from various parties are aligned 
• Proven agile PM experience. Qualifications in PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile are all desired
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving, You’ll need to have an eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
