About the Role:
W Talent is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to spearhead a series of ambitious multi-residential projects. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, backed by a robust support team committed to excellence.
This role is not just about managing timelines and budgets; it's about being a visionary leader who can motivate and inspire. We're looking for someone who can navigate the complexities of large-scale developments with ease, ensuring quality standards are surpassed and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of 80+ apartment projects with apartments valued up to $5M
Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Drive team performance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Oversee risk management processes to mitigate project challenges.
