Your CTA Project
One of the flagship projects coming this year is a 15-story high-rise Residential Project with over 100 apartments, mixed-use retail, and a two-basement park carpark.
Your CTA Team
You will have a very well-resourced team for this project: the Construction Manager (YOU), the Senior Project Manager), the Site Manager, the Project Coordinator, the Contract Administrator, and the Project Engineer.

Suppose you’ve been exposed to 3 - 5 projects mid-rise or high-rise projects over $30M, preferably $50M, as a Project Manager from inception to completion over the past 5 - 8 years but feel the next step with your current company isn’t getting you excited, or you're ready for a Senior Project Manager role.
