The Requirement
A Senior Project Manager is required due to a period of expansion and recently awarded project. To be successful in this role you will have the following skill and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Managed building projects in excess of $50 million
- Experienced across commercial and education projects
- Programming and cost management
- Design Management
- Sub contractor management
- Procurement and contracts management
- Strong client skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial astute
- Team player
