Senior Projects Officer - Building Projects
Temporary Full Time 12-month contract
Salary Range: $91,663.12 per year plus 11% superannuation

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Building Projects Officer to join our Building Projects team.
About this Role
In this role you will assist to coordinate and deliver a range of building and capital work projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Project managing and delivering a range of Building Projects using contractors
- Preparing weekly progress reports to the Coordinator Building Projects and Maintenance
- Coordinating internal and external consultation processes to ensure stakeholder commitment and ownership of allocated projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time within specified time frames
About You
For this position we are seeking someone who has significant experience in project management and delivering Building Projects. You will also have experience in successfully dealing with contractors and the community.
You will also have:
- Experience in the delivery of capital works projects or demonstrated experience in a related field
- Understanding of regional demographics and the potential implications on projects within Latrobe City
- Degree or diploma or formal trade (Building) qualifications with substantial experience
- The ability to plan, deliver and monitor the progress of projects within an urban and rural community environment
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
