Your new role
You will provide subject matter expertise in our work focused on Prevention of Gendered Violence inthe Legal Sector and deliver, as part of a project team, activities to prevent Gendered Violence inLegal Sector workplaces.
  • Designing and delivering training, resources and capacity building activities
  • Conducting research and preparing research findings to inform a best practice Prevention of Gendered Violence inthe Legal Sector.
  • Communication activities to support change.
This is a part time (4 days) position.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in Prevention of Gendered Violence projects and policy. Your ability plan, design, develop and implement best practice training and capacity building to improve workplace responses to Gendered Violence, coupled with your strong project management skills, will be key. A relevant tertiary degree, experience in drafting communications and supporting implementation of strategic communications strategies, along with experience working with women experiencing disadvantage is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Prevention of Gendered Violence and experience working on projects to drive change in workplaces
  • Excellent research and writing skills and the ability to draft persuasive evidence-based recommendations to inform (or advocate for) best practice Prevention of Gendered Violence initiatives
  • Conduct meaningful project monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience in human centred design and working with people with lived experience to inform design and delivery of effective interventions
