About the role:
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of project coordination duties and executive support. Provide high level project and operational support and liaise with wider teams across the organisation.
Duties:
Prepare submissions, presentations, briefings, discussion papers and reports
Provide high level support to the General Manager and Dean of Programs
Generate succinct and clear strategic analyses of complex information and data sets related to all aspects of the Portfolio. This includes providing briefings and recommendations
Manage projects relevant to the Research and Enterprise Portfolio
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with stakeholders
Skills & experience:
Significant project coordination or project management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong writing skills
