- All staff are responsible for identifying, managing and reporting risks relating to their work with DSDSATSIP.
- Manage community engagement processes, including the monitoring and reporting of actions and outcomes from these processes that deliver benefits to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities.
- Lead, coordinate and contribute to regional and place-based projects including the Youth Employment Program and initiatives to implement whole of government program and service delivery responses to issues impacting the Brisbane and Bayside area.
- Provide regular reports to the Program Manager on the effectiveness of projects, programs and service delivery to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Establish, maintain and support relationships/networks/partnerships between communities and other stakeholders, including all levels of government, non-government organisations and the business community.
- Provide advice through formal briefings, project plans and quality and concise reports to the Program Manager on issues impacting on communities and the effectiveness of government services.
- Collect and analyse data to inform the development and implementation of whole of government service delivery responses to community issues.
- Be responsive to service requests from community, agencies and government departments as required.
- Other priorities as requested by Regional Director and Program Manager.
