Senior Property Accountant

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will include:

-overall accountability for the accounting and reporting for a portfolio of assets
-coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process for the portfolio including the review and critique of assumptions of property budgets
-ensure property balance sheet is reconciled in line with policies
-prepare monthly property accruals and reforecasts
-coordinate the monthly property management report including MOI variance and analysis reporting
-upload quarterly CAPEX and funds accounting transactions
-ensure Tenancy schedule is maintained in line with external property managers
-JV reporting and analysis

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified and be an experienced Property Accountant who is  keen to use their broad, hands on skills in a dynamic and growing environment.  My client is looking for someone who will bring new ideas and has the style and personality to work closely with the business.
