The Role
- Customer Service - demonstrate great communication skills to listen, advise and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
- Detail - have a high attention to detail when reporting to owners and tenants through ensuring you are maintaining the portfolio and protecting the clients asset.
- Leasing - conducting inspections, meeting with prospective tenants and vetting applications to ensure minimal vacancy and protecting the return for our clients.
- Time Management - able to arrange, prioritise and ensure tasks are completed in a timely matter and by deadlines.
- Communication - communicate with your direct Team Leader and other staff to ensure all key stake holders are kept informed and up to date.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Property Management role is required
- Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to study.
- Maintain a current Driver’s license.
- Switched on & good communicator.
- Computer Literacy skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment.
