Senior Property Manager – Place Kangaroo Point

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step up in their career?
Place Kangaroo Point are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their fun, high performing office. Participate in the end-to-end process including, but not limited to, ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections. Trust Accounting is not required. You will be working with our Property Manager Partner, who is available to offer hands on support when you need it.

You will be confident in managing a portfolio end-to-end, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with our tenants and landlords.  We are seeking a solution orientated individual with experience in conflict resolution. You will have the ability to provide accurate legislative advice to your clientele. There is a large focus on delivering positive client experiences, and we provide you with the tools to go above and beyond!
 
Role and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of 150 properties, all within close proximity to the office;
• Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and managing client focused actions on your property portfolio;
• Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software (including Property Me);
• Conducting routine inspections, entry & exit inspections, as well as lease renewals;
• Diary managements, preparing entry notices and associated documentation.

 Skills and Experience:

• Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Drivers License;
• Previous experience in residential property management (3+ years);
• An empathetic nature, strong communication skills and a solution oriented approach;
• Equipped with legislative knowledge, and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and changes;
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable to change;
• Software and computer proficiency, and the competence to learn new systems quickly;
