The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties, supported by administrative staff and the latest systems and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Conduct regular property inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants to address any issues.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to property management, including lease agreements and maintenance requests.
- Utilize the latest systems and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure properties are rented quickly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Previous experience in Property Management is essential.
- Current QLD Registration Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
