What this role involves.
You’ll oversee a fantastic commercial portfolio where no day will be the same.
Providing the highest level of service you will ensure the owners and our tenants are engaged and happy on a daily basis and confirm that all client deliverables and scope of services are undertaken to the highest degree of expertise and professionalism.
Other key responsibilities include maximising rental revenue, compiling regular reports, overseeing expenses, maintaining excellent building presentation, collaborating closely with your Facilities Manager, ensuring site compliance, completing routine property inspections, as well as overseeing sustainability and ESG planning/ reporting.
Also, important will be identifying further ways of adding value and improving the customer/ tenant experience. You always want to receive the highest levels of satisfaction relating to asset performance and the execution of duties, ensuring leasing and tenant retention remain front of mind.

You have intimate knowledge of the commercial property market with good financial acumen, holding a Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
Previous experience managing office assets as a Senior Property Manager is required. Furthermore, you will hold outstanding leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, a high level of commercial acumen and strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
You’ll need the personality and standing to be an ambassador for the assets representing the client, JLL, tenants, customers and the community.
Also important is having a natural drive to succeed as we are seeking a candidate who aspires to grow and continue their journey as a Senior PM to progress to General Manager.
