- Clean, growing portfolio of 100 properties - including a significant amount of multi-property owners (end-to-end management)
- Majority of the portfolio is in the Eastern Brisbane Suburbs
- Managing new build properties within newly created communities
- NO Leasing, No New Business, and No Trust Account duties
- Owner, Tenant & Contractor liaison
- Ensure all leases, authorities, and other documentation are fully executed
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Manage maintenance requests and work orders
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience end to end portfolio management essential
- Previous experience with property-tree desirable
