SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - $85K + SUPER + WFH FLEX!

The Client:
Our client are a highly reputable boutique agency, conveniently located in the Hendra area. This tight-knit team of professionals offer a very welcoming and warm office culture, social and WFH perks, as well as fantastic training and development opportunities. Due to growth within the business, our client is actively looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team.
The Role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of under 100 properties with admin assistance, end to end.
• Mainly in-office duties, however some out of office duties are required
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Conduct entry & exit condition reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants

Skills and experience required for the role:

• 3 - 4+ years of Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
• Avalid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience using Console Cloud software
