This role encompasses Leadership and General Manager responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Build and assist in the growth of the Property Management division
- Offer strong leadership and lead by example to the Property Management Department
- Oversee portfolios of staff whilst on annual leave
- Work alongside the management team in implementing processes and streamlining procedures
- Organise and prepare 1:1 meetings with staff
- Oversee the roll-out of operational procedures and Software/s
- Prepare budgets and reporting required for board meetings
- Liaise with landlords ensuring all matters involving their investment are running smoothly
- Oversee all tenancy applications ensuring a high standard of quality tenants is met
- Representing landlords at the tribunal if required
- Addressing and diffusing conflict between staff, tenants, and landlords
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader/Head of Department who has managed staff in a Property Management environment.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate
- Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)
- Own vehicle & valid driver’s license.
