The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting Open for Inspections and private appointments
• Entry & exit condition reports
• Preparation of new lease & lease renewal documentation
• Managing repairs & maintenance
• Monitor & follow up Rent Arrears
• Liaising with Rental Providers & Renters
• Completing final inspections
• VCAT attendance
• Monthly Rent Reviews & Rent Increases
• Business development

What you'll need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in property management with 4+ years experience in a Property Management role
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A valid Australian Driver's License & current Agents Representative Certificate
• Excellent communication skills
