AddressWOW Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Senior Event Manager role with a full-service events agency based in North Sydney, as they expand their current team.

The agency can offer you a diverse annual calendar of events to work on – conferences, launches, roadshows, tradeshows, employee engagement events, award shows and activations.
Clients span sectors including tech, automotive, professional services and cosmetics.
With a number of long-term accounts in their portfolio and a strong pipeline, they can afford to be selective with which pitches they go in for, which provides a stable platform for success for the agency.
Responsibilities
- Leading delivery of major events in the agency’s portfolio
- Client-facing responsibilities throughout event lifecycles
- Supplier liaison
- Budget management
- Overseeing event logistics & operations, this could include; registration, delegate comms, venue sourcing, travel & accommodation, F&B etc.
Requirements
- You will need strong logistical & operational experience in an events environment
- Demonstrable experience leading delivery of major events
- Excellent client relationship track record
- Agency experience would be advantageous
- Any line management experience would be advantageous
- Ability to travel for events (approx. 1 x p/month, including International travel from time to time)
Office/Hybrid/Travel
The agency are based within walking distance of North Sydney station and work 3 days in the office, with 2 days remotely.
You will be expected to travel on-site for events, approximately once p/month. Some events will be International and delivery timeframes can vary. They do offer time off in lieu post-event for weekend work.
Salary
In the range of $100-120,000 + super.
