Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Psychologist to join their dynamic and compassionate team. This role involves using your advanced clinical skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and to contribute to the professional growth of the broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health, behavioural, and emotional conditions across all age groups.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies and interventions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to New Grad/Junior staff members, including conducting one-on-one and group supervision sessions.
- Demonstrated passion for working with individuals living with psychosocial disabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Current general registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work from home or office.
