Senior Quality & Compliance Officer

Role Summary

As a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer for aged care services at St Jude's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation delivers high-quality and compliant care services to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance and compliance programs to our aged care facilities to meet the standards and regulations set by the relevant authorities. The role will also involve the monitoring, auditing and continuous improvement of our processes to enhance the overall quality of care provided.

This role covers the following areas:

• Regulatory compliance
• Quality assurance
• Policy development and implementation
• Training and education
• Incident and feedback management
• Documentation and reporting

Skills, Attributes and Experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation delivering high-quality aged care services. We are seeking an experienced professional in aged care with a focus on quality and compliance. You will need to have a solid understanding of the aged care sector and previous experience working in a quality and compliance role.
