About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals. You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.
Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and headhunters. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships, understanding their unique requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Negotiate offers and close deals with candidates and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge
- Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer
About You:
- Proven experience as 360 agency Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Sales/Customer service skills
