The Role
- Your role within this practice will be to manage contract and permanent placement roles within the Software Development vertical
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry
- Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
